At MC Capers we aim to deliver working redemption codes for Minecraft capes. Please read this policy to understand when refunds are available.
⚠ No refund when the code is valid
If the redemption code you received works correctly and has no technical issues, we do not offer refunds. Once you have received a valid, working code, the sale is final. This includes cases where you change your mind, no longer want the cape, or have already redeemed the code successfully.
1. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund or replacement only in the following situations:
- Invalid or defective code: The redemption code we provided does not work, has already been used by someone else (through no fault of yours), or is otherwise defective or incorrect.
- Non-delivery: You did not receive the code at all within the stated delivery timeframe, and the issue is not due to your email filters or incorrect contact details.
- Wrong product: We sent you a code for a different product than what you ordered, and you have not redeemed it.
Each case is reviewed individually. We may ask for proof (e.g. screenshot or error message) that the code does not work. Refunds or replacements are at our discretion and subject to verification.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available when:
- The redemption code is valid and works without any problem.
- You have already successfully redeemed the code.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer want the cape.
- The issue is due to your device, game version, account, or platform (e.g. wrong Minecraft account or region).
- You provided incorrect information (e.g. wrong email) and did not receive the code as a result.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe you qualify under section 1, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order ID or email used for the purchase.
- A clear description of the issue (e.g. "Code says already redeemed" or "Code invalid").
- Any relevant screenshot or error message.

4. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider. For digital purchases, we may offer a replacement code instead of a refund when we can verify the issue.
