What the listing does not say
Publishing early is only worth doing if the gaps are marked as gaps, so here they are:

Bulgaria, 2027: what we are told, and what we are not
Worth being precise about what this is and is not. It is not a leaked poster, a listing, or a statement from Mojang or the event's producers - it is information from people close to the planning, which is exactly the category of claim that sometimes turns out early and sometimes turns out wrong. What makes it interesting is direction: every Moonlight Trail run so far has been in South America, and Bulgaria would move the format to Europe.
The bar for upgrading it from rumour to confirmed is the same bar Chile just cleared: an official channel saying so, or a live ticketing listing with a venue and a date. One knock-on effect worth a line: because Moonlight Trail Cape codes are only created by people attending in person, the pool of codes in existence stopped growing when Buenos Aires closed, and it stays fixed until a new run starts issuing them. We are not going to predict what that does to prices - anyone who claims to know is selling something - but it does mean October 1 is a real inflection point for the cape, not just for the tour.
